通过发电机组定子线棒堵塞的实例分析，探讨了水内冷发电机线棒阻塞的原因，指出系统腐蚀形成疏松形态的氧化产物是主要原因，通过碱化运行提高pH值，抑制系统腐蚀，解决了线棒堵塞的问题。

Through analyzing of the blocking problem of the stator bar of the generator, the paper discusses the reason of the blocking problem and presents the problem results from the porosity oxydate with system corroding. Elevating the pH value through alkalization operation which retrains the system corroding, the blocking problem is solved.
