摘要
对热逆流反应器的陶瓷床内部流动均匀性进行了实验研究,建立了陶瓷床的流动阻力数学模型,并进行了流体力学机理分析。研究结果表明:陶瓷床整体速度分布不均匀,并且均匀性指数随着进口流速的提高而降低;上、下集气箱的压差为陶瓷床内的流动提供推动力,因此集气箱内的静压分布与陶瓷床内的流动均匀性紧密相关;随着进口流速的提高,动量交换作用和摩擦阻力损失对静压的影响加强,使陶瓷床内、外侧的压差进一步增大,从而使陶瓷床内的流动更不均匀。
The internal flow uniformity of ceramic bed in a thermal reverse-flow reactor was studied experimentally,then the mathematical model of the flow resistance was established,and the mechanism of fluid mechanics was analyzed.The results show that the velocity distribution in ceramic bed is non-uniform and the uniformity index decreases with the flow rate increasing.The flow impetus in ceramic bed is provided by pressure difference between upper and lower header,so the static pressure distribution in upper and lower header is closely related to flow uniformity of the ceramic bed.As for the flow rate increases,the role of momentum exchange and friction loss on static pressure changes strengthens,so the difference between the pressure drops of inner and outer sides becomes larger and the flow is more uneven in the ceramic bed.
