摘要
以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)为水煤浆添加剂,在不添加稳定剂的情况下,采用黏度分析法研究了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的成浆性能,考查了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚对5种不同煤所制得水煤浆的分散降黏作用及分散剂用量对水煤浆表观黏度的影响。结果表明:烷基碳原子数为7、9、12、14、16、18时,几种APEO均具有不同程度的成浆能力,其中壬烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的成浆性能较好;在分散剂浓度达到0.4%~0.6%时,水煤浆出现表观黏度的最低值,随着分散剂用量的增加,浆体表观黏度呈升高的趋势。
The slurryability of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene(APEO),a kind of coal water slurry(CWS) dispersant,to coal from five sources in the absence of stabilizer was studied by viscosity analysis.The effect of alkyl chain length,EO number and the dosage of the APEO addictive on the dispersibility and stability of CWS was researched.The results show that slurry-ability varies with the carbon numbers in the alkyl chain of APEO being 7,9,12,14,16 and 18.Among which,APEO with carbon numbers of 9 and 12 in the alkyl chain shows slurry-ability better than others.The apparent viscosity of the prepared CWS decreases sharply with the increase of dispersant dosage and reaches the minimum at the dispersant concentration of 0.4%~0.6%,then the apparent viscosity rises slightly with the increasing dispersant dosage.
