GATS框架下我国关于自然人流动的法律调整

The Legal Regulation on China' s Movement of Natural Persons in the GATS Framework

由于GATS对自然人流动的规范具有模糊性,各国容易设置很多自然人流动壁垒,加之我国劳动力状况还需要进一步提升,我国自然人流动的相关法律需要继续调整,主要是利用GATS给予发展中国家的便利,发挥政府的主导作用,从而推动我国服务贸易的健康发展。

The inaccurate regulations of movement of natural persons make it possible for the members of GATS to set barriers to the movement of natural persons. The labor market in China needs improving. Our government should make a good use of the favorable policies, adjust the related law, and promote the healthy development of China＇s service trade.
