摘要
以伊犁州哈萨克民族基础教育发展为例,对哈萨克族基础教育现行的三种教学模式及其特点进行了细致的分析,普及模式和目标模式的并行实施,有利于快速实现新时期推进双语教育的工作目标,从而大力提高少数民族教育质量。
