海藻酸钠/钠化累托石共辐射接枝丙烯酸

摘要 以^(60)Coγ为辐射源,在氮气保护下对海藻酸钠/钠化累托石(SA/Na^+REC)复合物和丙烯酸(AA)进行共辐射制备海藻酸钠/钠化累托石接枝聚丙烯酸(SA/Na^+REC-g-PAA)。利用IR、XRD及SEM对产品结构及形态进行分析。考察了辐射条件对产品接枝性的影响,结果表明,当Na^+REC质量分数为2%,丙烯酸与SA/Na^+REC质量配比为8,辐射总剂量为9.0kGy,甲醇与水的体积比为8:2时,产品接枝性最好其接枝率,接枝效率分别达130.8%、82.4%。SEM表明辐射引发可得到多孔疏松的产品。初步探讨了辐射接枝机理。 SA/Na^+REC-g-PAA was prepareded through ^60Coγ irradiation under nitrogen protection. The structure and morphology of products were analyzed by IR, XRD and SEM. The effect of the preparation conditions to graft ratio and graft efficiency was investigated. The results showed the optimal condition was that the amount of Na^+REC was 2 wt%, the ratio of SA/Na^+REC to AA was 10 wt%, total dose was 9.0 kGy and volume ratio of methanol to water was 8:2. The graft ratio and graft efficiency of product in optimal condition were 130.8% and 82.4% respectively. SEM reflected it was porous products through ^60Coγ irradiation. The mechanism of graft copolymerization through ^60Coγ irradiation was discussed.
