摘要
目前对齿轮箱的故障诊断的方法是专家的经验判断或者通过神经网络进行,整合在齿轮箱故障诊断方面具有高精确性的神经网络和实用的VC++开发的界面平台,通过在MATL,AB与VC++两者之间进行通信实现类似"黑盒调用"的简便齿轮箱故障诊断体系,实验表明系统精度较好且使用方便。
Usually, we are either dependent on expert experience or on neural network in gearbox fault diagnosis. Integrating neural network in gearbox fault diagnosis accuracy and VC+ + platform of the interface development, and thronging communicating between MATLAB and VC+ + to achieve the similar "black box calls" system which using in gear box fault diagnosis, Experiments show that the system precision is higher and easy to use.
