摘要
目前,师范生普遍存在的教学技能欠缺,教学理论与教学实践脱节,岗位适应期长的问题,解决的关键在于理论与实践的有机结合,抓好教学基本技能训练,重视教学工作技能培养,加强教学科研技能的培养。实践证明,这些做法可以有效地丰富师范生的实践经验,进一步提高师范生的教学技能,为基础教育培养合格的师资。
Now, normal students have many problems generally, such as lower teaching skills, disjointed teaching theory and teaching practice, longer adaptation period. The key to solve this problem is organic combination of theory and practice, good training of teaching basic skills, great attention of teaching working skills educating, strengthening teaching science and study skills. Practice shows that all of these can enrich the practical experience of normal students, further improve the teaching skills of normal students, educate teachers for basic education. qualified
