我国近十年来关于美国高校师资队伍建设研究的述评

The review of Chinese research on the construction of teaching staff in American colleges and universities over the last ten years

为了解我国关于美国高校师资队伍建设研究的现状,对中国期刊全文数据库2000～2010年发表的相关论文进行了统计,并立足研究实际,对各主题成果进行分析,指出已有研究存在的不足,以便把握研究现状,为后续研究提供借鉴。

To better understand the status of the research on the construction of teaching staff in American colleges and universities,the author makes statistics of the papers published in CJFD between 2000 and 2010,and classifies them and analyzes each topic.Based on this,the article shows the readers the defects of the present researches,to help the following researchers grasp the situation,and provide references for further studies.
