In order to resolve ＂Trad Off＂ phenomenon .in mili- tary logistics system effectively, on the basis of using research production, the paper summarizes seven resloving countermea- sure that is constructing whole benefit concept, building plat- form of resouee sharing and mutual exchange, implementing supply chain management, realizing organic conformity of system＂ elements, coming true the high efficient delivering, improving tache efficiency and paying attention to tong-term and effective mechanism and so on, which benefits to scientific settlement of such problem.
