基于物流金融的中小企业风险分析

Risk Analysis and Countermeasures Concerning of SMEs under Logistics Finance

在中小企业物流金融实施现状的基础上,指出了实施物流金融条件下中小企业存在着质押物本身的风险、金融机构的操作风险、物流企业的管理风险和外界环境风险等,并针对原因提出了中小企业的对策建议。结果表明:为加强中小企业物流金融实施风险管理,应规范政策法律制度,健全风险防范体系;合理选择质押品种,防范质物风险;拓展融资渠道,发挥社会资源优势;加强物流企业内部管理,强化员工的素质教育。

Based on the analysis of current situations of logis- tics finance of SMEs in China, existing problems, such as en- vironmental risk, pledge risk, operational risk of financial in- stitutions, management risk of logistics enterprises, are ana- lyzed, countermeasures are proposed. The result shows that to strengthen risk management of SMEs in China, should build a good legal framework for preventing risks; choose the appro- priate pledge; expand financing channels; reinforce internal management of logistics enterprises.
