摘要
"三农"问题一直是我国政府关注的焦点,而提高财政支农资金对"三农"的使用效益始终又是学术界研究的热点。通过选取我国1995～2006年的财政支农资金数据,研究财政支农资金投入对农民人均纯收入的影响,提出在增加财政支农资金总量投入的前提下,优化其投入结构和方向,全面提高财政支农资金使用效益,从根本上解决"三农"问题。
The problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the focus of our government all the time.To improve the effect of the fiscal fund for assisting agriculture,rural areas and farmers is always the hot study point in academic.This paper selects the data of fiscal fund for assisting agriculture of 1995-2006,attempt to find the influence of the fiscal fund for assisting agriculture to the pure average income of farmers,and put forward to optimize the structure and directions of the inputs on the premise of enhancing total quantity of the fiscal fund for assisting agriculture,and improved the benefit of the fiscal fund for assisting agriculture comprehensively,aiming at to solving the problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
