With the increase of China＇s overall national strength and her status in international arena, ＂China＇s rising＂ has caused great concern in the international community. Moreover, the way of China＇s rising has been a hot issue among western scholars. Viewed from a realist, new liberalist and constructivist perspective, China＇s rising is a peaceful rising, which accords with international interests and the requirements of development for the international system.
