摘要
论述了农产品地理标志(以下简称"地理标志")登记水产品检测过程中需要注意的一些事项,主要包括抽样过程中地理标志水产品保护范围的确定、抽样样品的季节性、运输要求等;产品品质描述和检测参数确定过程中,需要就性状指标、理化、营养指标、滋气味、质构指标等的选择、检测要求开展细致的前期调研和综合评价。最后,对地理标志水产品的检测工作进行了展望。
Some thoughts on detecting GI aquatic products were presented in this paper. It was suggested that the products protecting regions, sample collecting seasons, and transportation requirements should be taken into careful consideration during sample collection. Pre -investigation and product evaluation were very important for the quality description and determination of detecting parameters, such as character properties, physical, chemical and nutrient indexes, taste, aroma, texture. In addition, a future prospect of GI aquatic products detecting was discussed.
