基于平衡计分卡的客户知识管理绩效评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 在对客户知识管理和平衡计分卡的相关理论进行梳理的基础上,指出利用平衡计分卡对客户知识管理绩效进行评价的科学性和重要性,并建立了一套基于平衡计分卡的客户知识管理绩效评价指标体系,构建了客户知识管理绩效评价模型。
