摘要
由于风力发电机相对于传统大容量发电机更容易失去稳定运行状态,因此风力发电机并网问题变得非常突出.低电压穿越功能作为风力发电机并网的难点之一,国家能源局对此制定了相应的规范.结合中电投东北新能源发展有限公司已投产的北票项目,对3类常见的风力发电机组的低电压穿越方案进行了分析,并通过试验验证了方案的合理性和可行性.
As the most promising clean energy,the wind power development becomes more and more important in policy and market.Planning by the National Energy Board,installed wind power capacity by 2020 to reach 1.5 million kilowatts,accounting for 8.5% of installed capacity,is the third largest power source.Because the wind power has random,uncontrollable and other features,wind turbine is more likely to lose steady state compared to the traditional large capacity generator,wind turbines and network issues become very prominent.National Energy Board is developing "wind power detection and management," and so the state is expected to release in the near future,in the most recent period,wind power wind farm issue will be the focus."Low voltage ride through capabilities" is as one of the difficulties to connect the grid,the state also has done a specification.In this article,combined with project that has been put into three categories of the beipiao project,the "low voltage through the program "of common wind turbine are analyzed.
