摘要
针对火力发电厂电厂主管节能控制的需要,设计了基于PLC、HMI和变频器的恒压供水系统.通过恒压供水系统的运行状况,优化系统运行方式;发生故障或异常运行时,可迅速报警,及时恢复正常供水,保证系统的安全运行.基于变频调速技术和HMI相结合的方法,解决了系统恒压供水问题,实现了及时报警、实时数据采集和实时监测的功能.
A kind of HMI configuration control water-supplying system for constant pressure is introduced in this paper.The constant pressure water supply system are realized with frequency converter controlling by PLC,which can start water pumps automatically,change the revolution of pumps and adjust the amount of the water supply in a closed ring with constant pressure in order to control the flow of the system in constant pressure.The method makes the system more stable and reduces the cost of the main pipe energy-saving in power plant.
