螺旋CT对78例创伤性湿肺的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of spiral CT of 78 patients with traumatic wet lung

目的探讨CT对创伤性湿肺的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床及影像学检查确诊的创伤性湿肺78例CT表现特点及动态变化。结果病变累及一侧肺27例,累及两侧肺51例,累及多个肺叶者64例。CT表现呈支气管束征阳性、小片状磨玻璃影、大片实变影、肺气囊及肺不张等多种影像改变,同时常伴有肋骨、四肢骨骨折及脑、内脏复合损伤。肺内渗出性病变吸收迅速,肺内血肿吸收缓慢。结论 CT检查在确定创伤性湿肺的诊断及评价损伤范围方面具有重要价值,是首选的影像检查方法 。

Objective To discuss the value of CT diagnosis in pulmonary contusion. Methods The CT features and dynamic variations were retrospectively analyzed in 68 cases with pulmonary contusion proved by clinical and imaging examination. Results In all the 68 cases,the lesion involve one lung in 27 cases, both lungs in 51 cases, more lobars in 64 cases. The CT sign included vary imaging feature, for example, bronchogenic sign, pulmonary consolidation, alveolar sac and pulmonary atelectasis etc, and merging diaphysis or rid fracture and brain or internal organ complex injury, The absorbed of exudation lesion rapid, and the hematoma of lungs more slow. Conculsion CT examine is a primary medical imaging method in the diagnosis of pulmonary contusion and evaluation in the field of contusion area.
