盐酸法舒地尔对老年急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨Rho激酶抑制剂盐酸法舒地尔治疗老年急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选择符合入选标准的急性期老年脑梗死患者,随机分入治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。在常规治疗基础上治疗组应用法舒地尔进行治疗,对照组应用盐酸川芎嗪进行治疗,根据治疗前及治疗后第7天、第14天神经功能缺损评分观察临床治疗效果,应用相关分析。结果两组治疗第7天时神经功能缺损评分有显著改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),但治疗组第14d疗效更为明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗组显效率达62.50%(30/48),对照组显效率45.83%(22/48),两组间显效率相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论老年脑梗死患者急性期应用法舒地尔可有效改善神经功能缺损评分,临床疗效明显。 Objective A case control study was conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fasudil, a Rho - kinase inhibitor,in treatment of aged acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 aged patients who were able to receive drug treatment within 72h of acute cerebral infarction onset were enrolled. The patients of treatment group ( n = 48 ) received 30mg fasudil by intravenous injection over ling min -1, three times a day. The others of control group (n = 48)received 120mg Lignstrazine Hydrochloride daily. The course in both groups lasted for 2 weeks. The primary end points were neurological status on the 7^th day or 14^th day after the start of treatment. Based on clinical nerve functional impairment level score standard and the occurrence of side effects, an observation was made on the clinical curative effect. The student' s t - test was used for statistical analysis in the study. Results Both fasudil and Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment resulted in significantly improvements in neurological functions ( P 〈 0. 01 respectively). The total effective rate in treatment group with fasudil was 89. 58%, and the total effective rate in group with Salvia miltiorrhiza was 83.33%. The statistical difference of the 2 groups was no significant( P 〉 0. 05 ). There were no serious adverse events reported during the treatment. Conclusions Treatment with fasudil within 72h of aged acute cerebral infarction onset significantly improved the patient's clinical outcome. This study found fasudil to be a useful and safe drug for old patients during the acute phase of cerebral infarction.
