甲状腺癌术后低钙血症与临床病理因素相关性分析 被引量：5

摘要 甲状腺癌的治疗主要以外科手术为主，因解剖结构复杂，术中探查广泛，术后极易发生低钙血症，报道的发生率各不相同。目前对甲状腺癌术后发生低钙血症的病因仍不清楚，认为低钙血症的发生与甲状旁腺组织保留量负相关。本研究检测2005年1月至2011年1月本院诊治的320例甲状腺癌患者术后血钙水平，探讨低钙血症与临床病理因素间的关系。
