The change in the school-age population,which influences the development of rural basic education,is the first basis for and starting point to making the plan for compulsory and normal education.This paper,taking the current situation of population as the background,discusses the relationship between school-age population and rural basic education,and the influence of the change in school-age population on the layout of rural middle and primary schools.
