Education technological philosophy is the important growing point of the theoretical development of educational technology.The rise of technological philosophy gives a lot of implications to the development of education technological philosophy.Through exploring the rationality of technological philosophy as the theoretical basis of education technological philosophy,this paper has constructed the basic research frame of education technological philosophy in the perspective of technological philosophy and explores the development of the education technological philosophy at the present stage.
