摘要
针对高职专业《房地产估价》课程教学的特点,探讨了教学内容与方法。认为应综合学生的专业背景、教学目标及课时量等因素确定教学内容,运用多种教学方法,不断提高学生的学习与实践能力,才能取得良好的教学效果。
In view of the teaching features of the course,Real Estate Appraisal,this paper discusses the teaching contents and methods.It holds that the teacher should decide the teaching contents according to the students＇ learning background,the teaching aim and the lesson hours.Only by using various teaching methods and improving students＇ learning and practical ability,can we achieve good teaching effect.
