摘要
从荷载、混凝土收缩、温度、钢筋锈蚀及施工工艺等5个方面,探讨了我国城市轨道交通箱形梁裂缝产生的原因及其防治方法。提出应综合考虑结构突变、荷载、温度等因素进行设计,以保证箱梁结构在各种可能工况下的主拉应力均在混凝土允许应力范围内,从而减少裂缝的产生。
By investigating in the cause of cracks in box girder bridges, this paper discusses the prevention methods, puts forward a suggestion to consider these factors, including structural change, load and temperature etc. in the design of box girder structure, so as to ensure the principal tension stress in the structure of the box girder within the limits of the concrete stress, and to reduce the frequent occurrence of cracks.
