摘要
主要研究在硼砂缓冲溶液中,司帕沙星与对苯醌发生反应,生成稳定的1:1的络合物,其最大吸收波长为620.0nm,线性范围1~12μg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.99×10^4L/(mol·cm)。本方法所测定的药物制剂含量与文献方法相吻合,回收率(质量分数)在99.25%~100.5%,相对标准偏差为2.30%。
A new spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of sparfloxacin based on a reaction of charge transfer with p-benzoquinone in borax buffer solution. The composition of complex of sparfloxcin with p-Benzoquinone was 1:1. The complex showed maximum absorption was at 620.0 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.99×10^4L/(mol·cm). The calibration curves was linear in the concentration range of 1~12μg/mL. The recovery was 99.25%-100.5%. The method gave a RSD of 2.30% (n=5). This method was found to be simple, quick and accurate for determination of sparfloxacin in tablets.
