摘要 采用溶液聚合的方法,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为接枝聚合单体,对环氧树脂进行了接枝共聚。讨论了接枝聚合单体用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对接枝共聚物水分散性以及对其固化成膜后硬度、耐冲击性、附着力、柔韧性的影响,并利用激光粒度分布仪、红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪分别对其粒径、结构以及热稳定性进行了测试表征。结果表明:所得接枝共聚产物具有良好的水分散性,其涂膜固化后具有良好的硬度、耐冲击性、柔韧性、附着力、耐高温等性能。 Epoxy resin was modified by means of graft polymerization using benzoylperoxide as the initiator and methacrylic acid as the monomer. The influences of the the amount of grafted monomer, initiator, reaction time and temperature were discussed with respect to the dispersion in water of modified product and the hardness, impact strength, adhesive force and flexibility of waterborne epoxy coatings. Particle size, structure and thermal stability of the graft copolymer were detected by laser fineness gage, infrared spectrometer, and differential scanning calorimeter. Results show that dispersion in water of the products and the hardness, impact strength, adhesive force, flexibility of the waterborne epoxy coatings were excellent.
