摘要
利用Maxwell对电磁铁作了静磁场分析和瞬态分析。静磁场分析中得到了电磁铁的磁通密度和磁感应强度分布图,验证了电磁先导阀在本质安全型电源供电条件下,能完全满足先导阀的开启和关闭。瞬态分析后,得出了电磁铁在恒定负载情况下的动态特性,并进一步验证了该电磁铁的可靠性。该研究为生产制造电磁先导阀提供了理论依据。
Electromagnet's magnetostatic field analysis and transient analysis were conducted by using Maxwell. Through the magnetostatie field analysis the electromagnet's magnetic-flux density and the magnetic induction intensity distribution were obtained. The results confirm that the electromagnet could be satisfyingly used for pilot valve's opening and closing under the intrinsic safety power condition. From transient analysis, the dynamic characteristic of the electromagnet in dead load situation was obtained, and the reliability of electromagnet was further confirmed.
