摘要
介绍了井下变频器常见的电路形式以及控制方案,使用频谱分析仪在煤矿井下绞车房,测量了变频器运行过程中产生的辐射骚扰。对测试结果的分析表明,变频器产生的电磁辐射对煤矿井下绞车房的电磁环境有一定影响,但不会影响井下监控通信和控制系统正常工作,可以为确立井下变频器工作环境的严酷等级提供参考。
This paper described the common circuit form and control solution of underground invert, measured with a spectrum analyzer the electromagnetic noise in mine winch room during the PWM drive running. Testing results show that electromagnetic radiation generated by the in- verter had some influence on the electromagnetic environment in mine winch room, but did not disrupt the working condition of underground monitoring communication and control system. This provides reference for establishing the compatibility level of underground invert working environment.
