摘要
介绍与氧化锌挥发窑和硫酸装置废热锅炉配套的70 t/h化学水处理站的运行及改造情况。在试生产期间,由于实际原水质量比设计所依据的水质差很多,化学水处理站生产的脱盐水量小且氯离子、电导率等指标不达标,不能满足生产要求。后通过采取投运板式换热器、隔离露天水池和增加活性炭过滤器等改造措施,获得了满意的结果。
Operation and revamping of a 70 t/h chemical water treatment station for waste heat boilers of zinc oxide volatilizing kilns and sulphuric acid plant are described.During trial production,the treatment station failed to meet production requirement with off - spec chloride iron content and conductivity and lower flow of effluent because of much poorer raw water quality than that the design was based on.Some revamping measures,such as putting plate heat exchanger into operation,segregating open water reservoirs and addition of active carbon filters, were took,resulting in satisfying effect.
