摘要 随着管理者胜任特征的研究越来越受到理论界和企业界的普遍重视,研究胜任特征与个体绩效的关系对管理者的选拔、培养以及组织及个人绩效的提升都有着重要的作用。本文基于相关理论及文献综述,识别了与HR经理绩效高度相关的关键胜任特征维度。在此基础上,验证了心理契约的调节作用,分析了其交互影响形成的作用机制,并对HR管理实践提出了行之有效的政策建议。 With the study of managers' competencies getting more and more attention in the field of theory and practice, the research of the relationship between competeneies and individual performance plays an important role in the recruiting, training and development of managers and the improving of individual and organizational performance. Based on the relevant theories and literature review, this paper distinguishes the key competencies dimensions highly related to performance, and verifies the moderation effects of psychological contract, then analyzes the interaction and put forwards some effective policies which will benefit to the management practice.
