海外汉语教育是中国构建文化软实力的重要新生力量,无论是从传播要素还是文化的交融性、传承性来看,它都足以承担向外传播中华文化的任务,担当建设国家文化软实力的重任。目前海外华文教育发展势头良好,但也出现了一些问题。这就需要我们在海外进行汉语教育时既要尊重他国文化又要坚持中国视角,保持中国文化特色,并凝聚中华文化精华,精择传播内容以全面宣传中国,还要充分借鉴他国经验,注重传播策略,同时培育合格的高素质的文化传播主体,提高文化传播效度,推动国家文化软实力建设。

Overseas Chinese education is the most important new emerging force for Chinese culture soft power construction. Considering the cultural diffusion factor or cultural blend and heritage, overseas Chinese education can undertake the task for spreading Chinese culture abroad and enhance China＇s culture soft power. Now overseas Chinese education maintains a good momentum, but it also has some problerns. So firstly, we should insist on Chinese position and maintain Chinese cultural characteristic while respect foreign countries ＇culture . Secondly, we should condense essence of Chinese traditions and choose cultural diffusion contents seriously . Thirdly , we need to use other countries cultural diffusion experience for reference and pay more attention to their strategies for cultural diffusion. What＇ s more , we must train and raise qualified and high - quality talents in order to increase validity of cultural diffusion and to build up China＇ s culture soft power.
