基于OpenGL对二维断层数据重构三维立体表面

摘要 由于建立三维图形数据量很大,大多需要借助价格昂贵的专业图形加速卡或图形工作站.基于OpenGL在PC机上实现了三维形体的重构过程.该过程首先对二维断层数据进行建模,然后生成形体的线框图,并对生成的线框图进行优化,最后使用最短对角线法进行三维立体表面的重构.该方法基于OpenGL,不需要专用的图形工作站,生成速度快,而且还可以旋转、缩放观察所生成的立体表面不同位置的情形,取得了较好的效果. Since the data of three-dimensional graphics is very large,they most need help from expensive professional graphics accelerator or graphics work station.In this paper,a three-dimensional shape reconstruction process is achieved based on OpenGL in PC.First,two-dimensional tomography data is modeled,then the shape frame diagram is generated,and the resulting frame diagram is also optimized,at last,the three-dimensional shape is reconstructed using the shortest diagonal method.The method is based on OpenGL,it does not need any dedicated graphics workstation,it is very fast,at the same time,it also can rotate,zoom to observe the different location of three-dimensional surface,it achieves good results.
