新型三元合金Nd(Y)-Fe-B吸波材料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过真空熔炼、行星球磨和适当退火处理后制得一种新型吸波材料NdxYFe92.5-xB6.5(x=4,5,6,7)。对其性能进行测试后表明,退火前后各样品对微波的吸收量在所测频率范围内整体较高波动较小,其中,未退火处理的样品在频率为12.41GHz处最大吸收量达38.084dB,在下退火15m in后样品吸波性有显著提高,在频率为12.04GHz处最大吸收量达94.573 dB。 A novel absorption material NdxYFe92.5-xB6.5(x=4,5,6,7) was prepared by vacuum smelting, ball grinding and proper annealing. It was shown by the test of the sample' s properties that the microwave absorption value of the unannealed and annealed sample was high and have a narrow range fluctuation , while the unannealed sample of x = 4 reach the max absorption 38.084 dB at the frequency of 12.41GHz, absorption was improved greatly after annealed for 15 rain at 550℃ ,and the max absorption reached to 94. 573 dB at the frequency of 12.04GHz. The causes of increase of the absorption properties were also discussed in this paper.
