八珍汤加味联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌24例临床观察

Clinical observation of Bazhen decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer

目的观察八珍汤加味联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将48例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为2组,治疗组24例采用八珍汤加味联合GP(注射用盐酸吉西他滨+顺铂注射液)方案化疗治疗,对照组24例单纯采用GP方案化疗治疗。2组均治疗2个周期后观察临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果治疗组有效(RR)率62.5%,对照组RR率50.0%,治疗组RR率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组总改善率83.4%,对照组总改善率50.0%,治疗组总改善率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组生活质量优于对照组。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤加味联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌,能提高化疗有效率,减轻不良反应,降低化疗对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and side effect of Bazhen decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer.Methods 48 patients with advanced lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.24 patients in treatment group were treated by Bazhen decoction combined with GP chemotherapy regimen.24 cases in control group received simple GP treatment regimen.Results The effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.The total improvement rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,quality of life in the treatment group was more than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse in treatment group was less than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Bazhen decoction combined with chemotherapy can enhance effective rate of chemotherapy,relieve adverse reaction and improve life quality on advanced lung cancer.
