早期综合康复训练对乳腺癌术后术侧上肢功能恢复的效果评价

Effect assessment of early general rehabilitation training on functional recovery after breast cancer operation

目的探讨早期综合康复训练对乳腺癌术后术侧上肢功能恢复的效果。方法将100例乳腺癌患者分为2组,对照组50例术后早期未介入康复训练,治疗组50例术后早期进行综合康复训练,术后4周观察2组术肢水肿情况、术肢肩关节活动度(ROM)和术肢日常生活活动能力(ADL)恢复情况。结果对照组术后4周术侧上肢容积较本组术前增加(P<0.05)。治疗组术后4周肩前屈、肩外展和肩内收活动度均较对照组改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组术后4周在刷牙、洗脸、梳头、穿衣方面恢复状况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组术肢ADL恢复情况优于对照组。结论早期综合康复训练可有效促进乳腺癌术后术肢功能恢复,提高患者自理能力和生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early general rehabilitation training on functional recovery of postoperatively upper limb in breast cancer patients.Methods 100 cases of breast cancer were divided into two groups.There are fifty patients in the control group,who have never done rehabilitation training after the operation;there are fifty patients in the treatment group,who have done early general rehabilitation training after the operation.The upper limbs cubage,the ROM of shoulder and the ADL were evaluated on diseased limbs after four weeks.Results The upper limb volume in control group after 4 weeks was increased compared with the preoperative（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in upper limbs cubage before and after the operation in treatment group（P0.05）,but there was significant difference in control group（P0.05）.The improvement of shoulder flexion,shoulder abduction and adduction of the shoulder in treatment group after 4 weeks were more than those in the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Early General rehabilitation training effectively can promote functional recovery of postoperatively upper limb in breast cancer patients,and their quality of life.
