水库生态调度的内涵与模型构建

Connotation of reservoir ecological operation and its model framework

从当前阶段河流生态环境治理与修复过程中重要性的角度,总结已有研究成果,归纳了水库生态调度的基本概念和内涵,分析了生态调度研究领域的研究现状和存在的问题,提出了基于多尺度耦合机制、目标协调机制、特征水流生成机制与调度方案滚动修正机制的生态调度模型基本框架,并结合模型结构和研究方向,认为生态监测网点建设、生态安全评估体系、生态目标识别、目标的协调机制、生态调度图、生态水工建筑物设计以及考虑生态需求的水库调度决策支持系统将是未来该领域优先发展的子领域与主题.

Many studies have demonstrated most of the river-related environmental problems occurring in the present stage were caused by the destruction and lack of the eco-hydrologic connection within the river system.It is thus clear that reconstructing and restoring eco-hydrological connection within the river system is absolutely essential to maintain river＇s healthy life and construct a harmonious relationship between human and water.While reservoir ecological operation just is a most popular and most useful approach to fulfill the work.In the current paper,the current research results about reservoir ecological operation were firstly discussed;and its definition and connotation were given based on summarizing others＇ researches.Furthermore,analyzing the current state of ecological regulation and some critical problems existing among its research process,it is put forward that a model framework based on ecological operation.Several key technologies such as multi-scale coupling,goal coordination,features flow generating and rolling correction methods,were used in this model.Finally,according to the model structure,we pointed out the priority development areas and theme about ecological regulation in the future should include these studies on constructing ecological monitoring network,ecological safety evaluation system,ecological target recognition,goal coordination with other reservoir functions,reservoir ecological dispatching chart,ecological hydraulic structure design and reservoir dispatching decision support system with ecological demand.
