摘要
利用铁摩辛柯悬臂梁简化模型分析计算含裂纹旋转叶片结构的固有振动特征.通过传递矩阵法推导出含裂纹悬臂梁固有频率及模态的数学方程式.分别应用传递矩阵法和有限单元法对实际悬臂梁的固有频率和模态进行计算,比较两种计算结果的差异和变化趋势.最后分析裂纹的位置和尺寸对固有频率和模态的影响.计算结果表明:传递矩阵方法能够很好地描述结构的固有振动特征,为实际工程应用提供有效的解析计算方法.
The resonant vibration characteristics of rotating cracked blade is analyzed on the bases of Timoshenko cantilever beam theory.The natural frequency and the mode functions of the cracked cantilever beam are computed by the means of transfer matrix method.The resonant frequency and the mode functions of real cantilever beam were calculated through transfer matrix way and finite element method respectively;then the differences between the two results and the changing trends were compared.Finally,the influences on the resonant frequency of cantilever beam and its mode were analyzed,which was caused by crack location and its size.From the results,transfer matrix method could do well in describing structural resonant vibration characteristics,so as to provide an effective analysis calculation way for practical project application.
