海上石油平台孤立电网无功补偿及操作过电压分析 被引量:5

摘要 由于海上石油平台孤立电网具有完全不同于陆地电网的特点,其安全稳定运行依赖于特殊的运行维护管理体系,因而关于海上石油平台孤立电网安全稳定运行的探索工作显得极为重要.基于此,在分析海上石油平台孤立电网特点的基础上,以某实际石油平台为仿真算例,对海上石油平台孤立电网存在的充电功率、海缆空载合闸操作过电压等问题进行了分析计算,提出了并联电抗器、优化空载合闸路径等有利于其安全稳定运行的措施,不仅完善了海上石油平台孤立电网的运行维护体系,也为国内外同类工程的规划建设和运行维护提供了借鉴和参考. As an offshore oil platform isolated grid has completely different characteristics from the traditional power grid on the land,its security and stability depend on the specific operation and maintenance management system;so the exploration work of offshore oil platform isolated grid's security and stability becomes extremely important.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of offshore oil platform isolated grid,then takes a real oil platform as an example,analyzes and calculates the charging power and switching overvoltage of submarine cable on the offshore oil platform isolated grid,simultaneously proposes such measures as shunt reactor,optimizing switching no-load path to contribute to its safe and stable operation,not only improves the offshore oil platform isolated grid's operation and maintenance,but also provides a reference for planning and construction of similar projects at home and abroad.
