摘要
针对支持产品全生命周期设计中维修信息的完备性、一致性问题,提出了虚拟环境下信息多层次表达、多体结构的虚拟维修信息模型的建模原理和结构体系.研究了模型基本体、检索体、控制体的实现方法,运用属性机制建立模型的几何拓扑信息与模型维修信息等非几何信息的映射关系,采用树型框架结构构造信息的多层次表达,可满足虚拟维修过程中产品信息完备表达、动态跟随的要求.
In order to solve the problems of completeness and consistency of maintenance information in the process of product lifecycle, the architecture and theory of Multi-body structure maintenance informa- tion modeling for Multi-layer representation were proposed. The implementation of Basic Body, Retrieval Body and Control Body was given. This model applies attribute mechanism to constitute the mapping of geometry topology information and non-geometry information. For example, the maintenance information of model, and the structure of multi-layer representation for assembly model information are constructed by framework of tree structure. It can satisfy the requirements of representation completeness and dynamic following in virtual maintenance. Its feasibility is verified by research results.
