HPLC法测定咪松酚乳膏中硝酸咪康唑、醋酸地塞米松及丹皮酚的含量

摘要 采用超声波及冰浴法对咪松酚乳膏进行前处理,以反相高效液相色谱法同时测定了咪松酚乳膏中硝酸咪康唑、醋酸地塞米松和丹皮酚的含量.硝酸咪康唑线性范围为40.5-648.0μg/mL,r=0.9991;醋酸地塞米松线性范围为3.05-48.8μg/mL,r=0.9998;丹皮酚线性范围为20.5-328.0μg/mL,r=0.9994;硝酸咪康唑、醋酸地塞米松及丹皮酚的平均回收率分别为:100.44±1.25(%),98.46±1.04(%)和98.24±1.29(%). RP-HPLC method was applied for the assay of mieonazole nitrate, dexamethasone acetate and paeonol in Mi Song Fen cream after the cream was pretreated with supersonic wave and ice bath. The linear range of miconazole nitrate was 40.5-648.0 μg/mL and r=0. 999 1% the linear range of dexamethasone acetate was 3.05-48.8 μg/mL and r=0. 999 8% the linear range of paeonol was 20.5-328.0μg/mL and r =0. 999 4. The mean recovery of miconazole nitrate, dexamethasone acetate and paeonol was 100.44 ±1.25 (%), 98. 465=1.04( %) and 98.24±1.29 (%), respectively. The present method was successful in removing interference substance in the cream and getting high recovery of the three drugs mentioned a- bove,which will provide guidance for the quality control of cream.
