摘要
以Fe2O3,MnO2,Cr2O3等为原料,分别在电热条件和微波条件下合成了棕色色料,并用SEM,XRD、色度仪等手段,表征了色料的成分与结构及不同合成方法对色料呈色的影响.结果表明:用微波法合成色料,其合成温度较之电热法降低了200℃,合成时间缩短至电热法的1/12,所合成的色料具有颗粒尺寸分布均匀、晶粒尺寸细小、形状规整的特点,呈色效果较好,使用微波法合成的色料,可提高瓷绝缘子棕釉呈色的稳定性,减少釉面色差及缺陷.
Chemical materials of Fe2O3 ,MnO2 and Cr2O3 were used to synthesize brown pigments with the conditions of electric heating and microwave heating respectively. The composition and structure of brown pigments and the effect on colouration by different synthesis method were characterized by means of SEM, XRD, and Colorimeter. The results have shown that the temperature needed for microwave heating is 200℃ lower than that of electric heating and the synthesis time has been shortened by 1/12. The pigments synthesized by microwave heating present the features of fine, regular and uniform grain and ideal colouration result as well. The stability of porcelain insulator colouration can be increased and the chromatism or other defects can be reduced by using synthesized pigments.
