中华条颈龟胚胎期性腺分化的组织学观察

摘要 采用石蜡组织切片和HE染色法,观察了在29℃下中华条颈龟(Mauremys sinensis)受精卵孵化胚胎期的性腺发育,并研究了其性别分化的过程。结果发现,沃尔夫管的发育早于缪勒氏管,从胚胎发育第19天起,单层缪勒氏管管壁细胞开始分裂增殖,随着胚胎的发育,管壁分化出黏膜层、黏膜下层和浆膜层,发育趋于完整;沃尔夫管发育停滞,萎缩退化。在胚胎发育第19天,性腺开始观察到少量卵原细胞和卵巢腔,分化完成时间为第25天,发育为卵巢。结果表明,胚胎期第19~25天为性别决定的关键时期,缪勒氏管的发育与卵巢分化具有同步性。 Using the paraffin-embedded sections and HE staining,gonad development and sex differentiation of Mauremys sinensis were observed in 29 ℃.The results showed that the Wolffian duct developed earlier than the Müllerian duct.The Müllerian duct wall cells proliferated beginning at the 19th day after the gonad development.As the development of the embryo,the mucosa,submucosa and serosa had been generated at the duct wall,and the development of Wolffian duct stopped,and degenerative atrophied.In the 19th day of embryo development,a small number of oogonia and ovarian cavity were observed in gonad,and the development was completed in the 25th day and the ovarian was formed.The results indicated that it was the key period of sex determination from 19th day to 25th day and the development of Müllerian duct was in-phase with ovary differentiation.
