摘要
以玉米新品种新科19及其亲本为材料,从50对玉米SSR引物中筛选出在新科19双亲之间多态性明显、重复性较好的5对引物bmc1792、bnlg1496、umc2105、bnlg2291和phi065,可用于鉴定新科19的真实性,同时为鉴定该种子的纯度提供参考。该方法具有准确可靠、实用性强等优点,可为生产上杂交种新科19真实性的快捷有效鉴定提供科学依据。
Genomic DNA of Xinke 19 and its parents was extracted for screening SSR markers that could be applied in fingerprint establishment from 50 pairs of SSR primers.As a result,five pairs of primers,bmc1792,bnlg1496,umc2105,bnlg2291 and phi065,which presented apparent polymorphism between the parents,were determined as candidates for authenticity identification of Xinke 19.This procedure with high accuracy and strong practicality was applicable for testing seed authenticity of Xinke 19 rapidly and efficiently.
