影响腰椎滑脱术后疗效的因素分析

Effective factors ofⅠ and Ⅱ degree lumbar spondylolisthesis

目的:研究分析影响Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度腰椎滑脱症术后疗效的因素。方法:对36例行椎弓根螺钉固定加后外侧融合的腰椎滑脱症患者进行随访分析;采用日本骨科学会(JOA)腰背痛29分评分标准对患者进行评分,并对可能影响临床疗效的相关因素进行线性回归分析。结果:影像学融合情况和腰背肌功能锻炼与JOA改善率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:影像学融合和腰背肌功能锻炼对行椎弓根螺钉固定加后外侧融合的腰椎滑脱症患者术后疗效有显著影响。

Objective： To analyze the effective factors on Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree lumbar spondylolisthesis. Meth- ods：Thirty-six patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis who had been operated by pedicle screw fixation and posterolateral fusion were followed up. Scores were obtained according to low back pain 29 points drafted by Japanese Orthopedic Association （JOA）. Linear regression analysis was used for relevant factors which affected the clinical efficacy. Results：There was significant differences between integration imaging, back muscle functional exercise and JOA improvement rate （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ：Integration imaging and back muscle functional exercise have effects on the patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis who were operated by pedicle screw fixation and posterolateral fusion.
