根管桩金属烤瓷冠修复上前牙的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of finished screw in the restoration of upper anterior teeth

目的：总结分析根管桩金属烤瓷冠修复上前牙残根残冠的治疗效果。方法：164颗上前牙残根残冠行完善的根管治疗后。采取成品螺旋根冠桩、树脂核加烤瓷熔附金属全冠方法进行修复。结果：164颗患牙随访6～12个月后，成功159颗，占96．95％。结论：应用成品螺旋根管桩修复上前牙残根残冠，效果良好。

Objective： To use the finished screw for the restoration of the residue crown and the root of the upper anterior teeth and evaluate the clinical restoration effectiveness. Methods： All 164 residual crown and root of upper anterior teeth were restored with finished screw pile, composite resin and PFM. Results： 164 upper anterior teeth were 6--12 months follow--up showed that the success rate was 96. 95%. Conclusion： Use of finished screw for the restoration of residue crown and root of upper anterior teeth has satisfactory effectiveness.
