摘要
目的:调查大学生对非处方药说明书理解力状况。方法:选取武汉市某高校最大的教学楼,随机抽取两个自习教室,分别为实验组和对比组。采用对比实验组方法,由课题组对现行说明书进行修改,拟定新的实验版说明书,两组人群根据现行版和实验版说明书完成相同的问卷调查。计算结果正确率、进行检验和线性回归分析。结果与结论:实验组14项理解力均高于对照组,尤其在用法用量、儿童及老年人用药、孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药和不良反应部分,实验组理解力明显高于对比组。除年级因素外,实验组和对照组的行为得分与其人口学特征都显示出了一定相关性,具有统计学意义。
Objective: to test the students' understanding on drug product label of the experimental version and the current version. Methods: The experimental group and comparison group were sampled as a whole from two study rooms which were randomly selected in a university's largest classroom in Wuhan. The study team improved the current drug product label based on designed principles, which develops the experimental version. Students in two equivalent groups were assigned to read the different version and then asked to answer a questionnaire. Results and Conclusion and Results: the experimental group has a significantly higher score of understanding, especially in the usage, treatment of children and the elderly, pregnant and lactating women and adverse drug reactions. The understanding correct rate of the experimental group were improved higher than that of the control group. In addition, excepting grades of factors, the experimental group and control group behavior and their demographic characteristics scores have shown some correlation with statistical significance.
