摘要
目的:探讨导行式教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将2007级护理专业二年级学生随机分为对照组(57人)与实验组(59人),对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用导行式教学法,在理论教学中,以理导行,层层剖析,让学生"知其所以然";在实验教学中,以境导行,人文并举,让学生亲身体验,保证智能正常发挥。结果:实验组学生认为导行式教学设计合理,能激发学习兴趣,提高实践操作技能。结论:运用导行式教学法有助于培养学生的逻辑思维能力,提高其综合素质。
Objective: To explore the effect of guided teaching applied in medical nursing teaching. Methods: Sophomore class students major in nursing in 2007 were randomly divided into comparing group (57 persons) and experimental group (59 persons). Traditional teaching was applied among comparing group while experimental group taught by guided teaching, which theoretical teaching was guided by reason and analyzed in details, so that students "know why"; in terms of practical teaching, students could practice by themselves in the real environment to ensure the normal functioning of intelligence. Results: Experimental group claimed that teaching design was reasonable and the interest of study can be stimulated and practical skills could be improved. Conclusion: The apply of guided teaching can not only culture the students' logic ability of thinking, but also enhance their comprehensive quality.
