宗教信仰与西北民族地区NGO的运作——基于服务甘肃少数民族NGO的实证研究

西北少数民族地区由于地理环境、历史发展、传统宗教观念等多重因素共同作用,经济水平整体滞后,社会公共事业发展缓慢,在实现向现代化转型的进程中与中、东部地区形成了鲜明的差距。作为一种组织化的表达方式,NGO是现代社会公共领域的重要承载体,致力于推动民族地区社会公益事业的发展。本文通过对甘肃民族NGO的实证调研,发现宗教信仰在组织运作过程中的影响明显,这对于我们更加深入地了解和服务该地区NGO有一定的借鉴意义。

As the total impact on muhiple factors of geographical environment, historical development and tradi tional religious concepts, the level on the economy about ethnic minorities in the northwest is overall delay, the public utilities in this area is slow development. In the process of achieving moderations transformation, it has been formed a distinct gap with middle and eastern regions. As an organizational expressing way, NGO is the important carrier in the modern social public field, which is to promote the public welfare in the ethnic minorities regions. The article is based on the an empirical research about NGOs serving for minorities in Gansu Province, which is on religious belief have an clear impact on the organizational operations. This research will provide with reference sense when we want to have a deeper understanding of the NGOs serving in this region. taking some
