摘要
随着社会信息化程度的不断提高,技术进步推动各种新的信用增级方式不断产生,大大丰富了中小企业融资的方式,拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道。对中小企业信用增级从理论和实践角度分别进行梳理和总结,并分析其中隐藏的问题,对于缓解中小企业融资难具有积极的借鉴意义。
With the continuously enhanced information-oriented society,technological progress has promoted a variety of new ways to keep the credit upgrading,which has greatly enriched the SME＇s financing and broadened the financing channels for SMEs.The paper defines and summarizes the SME credit upgrading from the perspective of theory and practice,analyzing the hidden problems,having a positive reference for easing financing difficulties for the SMEs.
