摘要
现场检查发现百合水库主坝存在坝体沉陷变形较大、漏水严重和穿坝涵管开裂渗漏等重大安全隐患,经复核主坝加固前下游坝坡抗滑稳定安全系数小于规范允许值,对此,采取了坝体高压旋喷灌浆、坝基帷幕灌浆、下游坝坡培厚、排水棱体加高、穿坝涵管封堵及固结灌浆等加固措施。加固后主坝下游坝坡各工况的最小抗滑稳定安全系数均满足设计规范要求。
Potential safety hazards are found in site investigation of the main dam of Baihe Reservoir, including severe settlement deformation and leakage of dam as well as crack and seepage of trans-dam culvert. As the downstream darn slope before reinforced has a stability factor against sliding less than the accepted value of standard, a number of reinforcement measures are taken, including high-pressure rotary jet grouting of dam, curtain grouting of dam foundation, thickening of downstream dam slope, heightening of drainage mound, plugging of trans-dam culvert, consolidation grouting, etc. The minimum stability factor against sliding of the downstream dam slope after reinforced under all working conditions meets design requirement.
